[SunHELP] [Q] probe-scsi-all error on E280R?

I saw this:
This behavior was root-caused to the "retained memory" bug in which
the OBP's retained memory magic number was not going away during
a quick power cycle. Memory did not degrade for up to 30-40 seconds
after power-off.
The suggestion is to wait more than 30 seconds after power down.

I tried to use "probe-scsi-all" command on E280R "Ok" mode and have errors
come out.
OK setenv auto_boot? false
OK reset
OK probe-scsi-all
Fatal SCSI at script address 8 illegal instruction
Fatal SCSI at script address 8 illegal instruction
...
Does anyone know why?
Thanks.
