sortip.pl:

sub sortips {
chomp($a = $a);

my ($ba, $bb, $bc, $bd) = split /\./, $b;
return ($aa <=> $ba) || ($ab <=> $bb) || ($ac <=> $bc) || ($ad <=> $bd);
}
Then just:
chmod +x sortip.pl
Then:
sortip.pl filename
or
cat ips.txt | sortip.pl
