[SunHELP] Remote Shutdown other Solaris boxes

If the UPS communicates the impending shutdown to its local machine and that
local machine can act on this information then you just need to script
something to rsh/ssh to all the other machines as a user with the
appropriate privileges and init 5 them before it shutsdown itself.
