[SunHELP] SUN E450/4xxMhz

I have heard that there are some 4xxMhz processors out there that would
cause the system to hang.  Is there a way to know which processors? ie.
400Mhz or the 480Mhz? or is there a serial number to track the processor
in question?  The number of cache on the processor?  I know Sun tried to  
replace these, but only if customers are aware of the situation?
Any info. is greatly appreciated.
