Possibly. Go to format, select the disk, -> repair and feed it the block
number. It should revector the bad block assuming it is bad. Be aware that
there are cases when you will receive an error message for a block that
isn't actually bad. You just see a transient read failure. In this case the
format program probably won't be much help.
