[SunHELP] security for ftp user account

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to set up the following security for a certain 
ftp user account ?

1) cannot access all directries except the home directory
2) cannot excute "get" command from remote client 
   (in other words, allow "put" command only)

Target system is Solaris 2.6 running on EP250.
