[SunHELP] Boot cdrom on ultra10

Dumb question time...

  Does the cdrom drive boot any version of solaris form install media?

  Have you tried another atapi (IDE) cdrom drive in it's place?

  I have a Plextor 4x scsi drive (external) the got dropped :(:(  and it 
will read cd's just not boot off them anymore.
