[SunHELP] socal problem

All,
Does anyone have idea how to fix following error message:
WARNING: socal0: attach failed: unable to write host adapter XRAM

Right now I could not boot up my machine since some FSs are on the array and the system can not talk to the array.
My system is E5000 and SSA 1010. Sun tech replaced the array controller, fiber module on both system and array, fiber cable already.
However the problem is still there? Sun are still investigating.
So does anyone have any clues?
