[SunHELP] Sparc 20 boot problems

I have a SPARCStation 20, and it refuses to boot the 2.1 gig seagate drive
I have in the machine.  I have a cdrom in there and that boots fine.  In
my other sparc 20 this particular hard drive boots perfectly.  However in
this one it gives me a "Cannot find /packages" error.  Does anyone know
how to correct this? or do i have to get a new prom? or do i have a rather
large paper weight?
