The Sun Enterprise 2 model 1300 is the smallest, but seen that this product
is not freely available (EOL), the E220R, or E250 will be your entry level
systems.  The Netra 1120 / 1125 models are certified to do the job too.

Hi All,

I am looking for the minimum specification/configuration for the Sun system
in which i can be able to run Sun enterprise Cluster 2.1 or higher version.

Actually the scenerio is, we r going to setup an distributed environement
and want to implement Oracle Parallel Server (Oracle 8i Enterprise Edition)
which requires Sun enterprise Cluster 2.1 or higher.


If anyone has knowledge about it, i would be thankful and glad to see
his/her mail.
