Huh, dhcpconfig will do the basic configuration for you, without any troubles. 
If you are having troubles with our DHCP deamon the manpages are quite good,
if thats not enought there are some docs at docs.sun.com and tons of info-
docs on sunsolve ;)

However, there is a administration GUI for DHCP included in Solaris 8.
