[SunHELP] "trying to be our address" message

'08:00:20:f0:f2:1f' is.  This is the machine using you IP.

  Sounds like you may have a misconfigured bridge or router. Is your NIC in
promiscuous
mode by
any chance? Also, have you tried snooping your ethernet traffic to find out
what is going
on?
