If the incomming traffic were to go to a host running sendmail, it should be
possible to change the local distribution agent to be a wrapper that
forwards the mail and then handles it normally.  If you're stuck with a
non-Unix incoming mailhost then ... ?  (Yet another service that is better
on Unix ;-).
