[SunHELP] problem; 75 % screen utilization on a 24 inch sun monitor plugged on a ultra 5

Hi,

I have a problem; on my 24 inch sun monitor which
before the last reboot gave me a full screen, doesn't
give me a full screen anymore. from the prom mode
I have tried "rest screen" but this didn't solve
the problem.
I have like +/- 75 screen utilization.
is there a prom command to get my full screen back again ?.
