Check these guys out for PPPoE.  I use this one on my linux box and let it
route for my internal network.  I think you can get the source and compile
for Solaris.

Installing from Source (Linux and Solaris)
If you downloaded the compressed tar file, type: 

tar xvfz rp-pppoe-2.8.tar.gz
cd rp-pppoe-2.8
./go
