[SunHELP] problems with packages

Where did you get your package from?  The internet?  Bad download?  

FTP?  Set to binary first?

I want to install some packages and I have a problem.
I'm traying to add them with "pkgadd -d <package>" but Solaris tells me
:

ERROR: attempt to process datastream failed
-bad format in datastream table-of-contents
