[SunHELP] sparc classic, sunos 5.5.1, how do i get root? (yes, i own the box)

i've had this system for awhile. i recently made a null modem cable so i
could connect. 

the problem is.... i don't have ANY login into the machine, much less
what i need. 

so, basicaly.... is there any way to just... well, get it? 

i don't have anyplace else to take out the hd and mount it, my systems
are ide, not internal scsi. 

is there some other way to get the root password?
