[SunHELP] suggestions for hardware database?

Anybody have any suggestions for a freely available 
package (preferrably perl/mysql, or php/mysql) that would
let me easily track the following things about a bunch of
systems:

- name
- internal IP
- external IP
- function
- alias names
- platform/os
- firewall ports in
- firewall ports out
- NOTES field
- dependencies

I can whip up something myself if I have to, but being able
to use something that already exists would be great.  Suggestions?

I'd like to be able to sort or display by any field, etc.
