SunOS 5.8 is the latest :P

SunOS 4.1.4 is also Solaris 1.1.2

  SunOS = no GUI, Solaris = With GUI (basic difference)

  if you are looking for the last of the 4.x.x releases, 4.1.4 is the last. 
but it is still a version of solaris.
