[SunHELP] Parameter for hme

Dear folks
I've E250 with 2 hme fast ethernet cards. I've install checkpoint 4.1 on it.
and plug it to switch.
I need to force the speed of this adapter to be 100 full-duplex, How can I
do?
I've check docs in docs.sun.com. but still don't understand about the
parameter name
"transceiver_inuse" - between internal transceiver, external transceiver.
How can I know which type of this transceiver should be set. ?
