[SunHELP] service info for Sun 20" 365-1335 monitor

I'm using a Sun 20" 365-1335 fixed-sync monitor (this
is the "Sun Premium 20" Color Monitor" a.k.a. Sun
GDM20-D10) on my Linux workstation. There is a slight
pincushioning problem and the RMC-D10 remote control
does not have a pincushion control.

I read (somewhere) that there's a switch inside the
monitor that when toggled will change the meanings of
the buttons on the RMC-D10. Where can I get more
information about this? also, how to safely open the
case?
