[SunHELP] URGENT: TTL pulse on serial or parallel port

To the best of my recollection, RS232 (most serial ports) the signal level is
+15v and -15v (zero volts is a bogus state). Many ports actually use +12v and
-12v because of the power supply installed in the machine. You could build a
quick and tiny voltage regulator though.

I never worked with parallel at that level of detail.
