[SunHELP] tomcat on sol8 i386

HI,

I'm trying to setup tomcat on a i386 Solaris 2.8 with
java1.2. After I tried unsuccesfull to compile it I
gave up and tried the binary but I get a FATAL:
configuration error. I don't know to many about the
java so I really need help with this. What is to
configure ?
Should I just edit the conf/server.xml ?
What I did is setup TOMCAT_HOME=/usr/local/tomcat
JAVA_HOME=/usr/java
and I downloaded xml support for java from sun's site.
