Actually you have it backwards.
watchdog-reboot checks to make sure that the computer is opperating
properly and if it isn't it reboots the computer. auto-boot? set
automatic OS load on boot. If you have auto-boot? set to false you
will be presented with an OpenBoot(OK>) prompt. From there you can
load the default os by entering the command "boot". If you have a
machine that has to be up ALL the time then don't set both of these
settings at the same time as the server will not come back up without
human intervention. I hope this helps.
