Note that this is complaining about the same drive, not multiple
ones. Assuming you have more than one drive on this SCSI bus, seeing
constant errors for one device on that bus rules out the card or the
cable, and possibly even the termination. Try reseating the drive first,
and if the errors persist, replace it.
