You cannot share hardware devices directly over the network. The share
command works
on top of ufs,nfs.pcfs basically file systems and not devices! So this will
not work, what would work is
if you share the file system this device (/dev/dsk/c1t5d3s6) is mounted on
and then mount that files system
as nfs.
Your second question, to mount two physical disks you will have to create a
vitual volume using disksuite/volume manager consisting two physical disks
and then do the above.
