[SunHELP] "ndd -get ..."

Ok, this may be part of the problem. I have not installed the NIC myself and I do see the following file;
/etc/hostname.le0
which I assume means the interface is of type "le". Doing an "ifconfig -a" (as suggested) does show the interface as le0, but when I run;
ndd -set /dev/le instance 0
I get "operation failed, invalid argument".

Does the SPARCstation even have an hme interface?
Have you installed a Fast Ethernet interface yourself? If not, you want to
try replacing "hme" with "le".
