This is a CPU error in the Ecache.  If savecore is enabled, check the
/var/crash/<hostname> for vmcore file.  If you do a "strings vmcore.0 | more
the first line with tell you what happened i.e. CPU2 Ecache SRAM data parity
Contact Sun Support if you have service contract and send them the vmcore and
other file they will tell you to send.  Sun recommends you monitor the CPU for 
a second crash.  From you post you have had several.  In this cast the CPU 
should be replaced.

Replace CPU2.
