[Sunhelp] DNS question

if i move my machines from joe.blah.com to rick.blah.com, do i have to
notify the relevant ip registration organization to maintain control of my
reverse dns?  if so, would the relevant organization be blah.com or the
regional ip registrar (im in australia, so i don't know it off the top of
my head)?

[joe is a subdomain of blah.com, not a single host]
