I use WebAlizer, i've been testing a few over the years, analog, httpstats
and others, and WebAlizer is the one i enjoy most.

Its quite bugfree and it generates nice stats.

To check my stats you can go to
http://www.abrante.net/stats

WebAlizer can be found at: 
http://www.mrunix.net/webalizer/

If you want to you can steal the binaries i compiled for 1.30.02 from
http://www.abrante.net/stats/files , just dont forget to edit 
webalizer.conf :)
