Not now (well almost). There's an urban myth that Solaris <= v2.4 had unsolved 
memory
leakage problems, (but I remember seeing the patch for that problem way back). 
Only
reason yours truly could see for rebooting regularly is if your apps leak 
memory - in which
case that's a bug surely that should be fixed.

Scheduled periods of 'quiet' to allow admin are a real good idea, but unless 
you intend installing
patches this shouldn't require a reboot.
