[Sunhelp] patch

As far as i remember you have to put the patches you've installed in
a file, i think it was /etc/install/patches or something like that,
in order to have then recognized by showrev.

There is no program or such that will keep track on the patches installed
onto SunOS 4.x for you, you have to do it yourself.
