[Sunhelp] Help reqd for SCSI errors !!

I guess it must be a regular controller 'coz the rest of the HDD are normal 
50 pin & the cable being used is also 50 pin straight cable.
We have replaced one of the failed SCSI HDD with this new Ultra SCSI 
HDD...... the cable being the same we used 50 pin to 68 pin convertor for 
the Ultra SCSI HDD ...... is there any way out for this problem? Or is there 
any cable avlbl to interface ur normal controller to the the Ultra SCSI 
HDD's ???
