The proprieter(s) of ORBS have been known to use ORBS against people or
organizations that they have personal spats with. I wouldnt consider it
legitamite. Check the inet-access mailing list archives for plenty of past
discussion on this, and other shadey ORBS happenings.

What Bill /should/ do is close the list to subscribed addresses only.
