[Sunhelp] One Port Term Servers?

A few weeks back there was a discussion on one port
terminal servers like the versalynx and possibly the
hp web console.

Is there a way to hook both a terminal
server/serial/vt100/etc and a normal frame buffer with
console /keyboard so that both work?

Thinking about remote sites where after hours no body
is around - but during daylight hours there is
somebody around.

Any thoughts/comments/suggestions appreciated!
