Not quite.  The daughter board for PCI expansion is different.
On the U5, there are PCI slots on both sides of the riser.  As
I recall, mounting a second IDE drive blocks one side, reducing
the available PCI slot space.  (Assuming of course that you are
using the Sun approved expansion kit.  You might be able to
mount a small drive in the normally unused PCCARD interface bay.)

Note that the Sun expansion kit for U10/U5 comes with the mounting
hardware for the U5.  The bracket for the U10 is already in place.
