[Sunhelp] /home error again

The directory /home is the default directory or mount point for users home directories. When autoFS is running, you cannot create any new entries in this directory.
Normally, you should be able to create home directories in /home, but it's just not the purpose.
You should use the directory /export/home as local home directory.

I am still not able to make dir in /home only so users are without home
directorys useradd cant make them as well
If i disable automount then mkdir commands hangs !!!

pleasse advice me
