Ilyas,
I guess this is an E250/450?..with that assumption
Looks like a cpu panic! Did you plug in new memory recently? was the hsi
card installed prior to this issue?...to isolate the panic...
why don't you try disabling/skip cpu3 from the ok prompt and try
booting.
At the ok prompt:
                     ok setenv upa-port-skip-list <CPU#>
                     ok boot
see if it would boot, and we'll take it from there!
