Thank you for your information.
The command psrinfo can tell me all CPUs have bee off-lined. But no panic
info in /var/adm/messages.

You could also try "psrinfo" to see if any CPU's have been off-lined.
# psrinfo
0 on-line since 10/08/00 03:40:06
1 on-line since 10/08/00 03:40:07
2 on-line since 10/08/00 03:40:07
3 on-line since 10/08/00 03:40:07
Also grep for "panic" in the messages file.
# grep -i panic /var/adm/messages
# grep "NOTICE: failed cpu board in slot 6" /var/adm/messages
The above are just some other things to look at.
