[Sunhelp] Ultra5 jumpstart problem

Problem: Ultra5 completes jumpstart of 2.6 5.98 image but gets the following
error when it reboots:

SunOS Release 5.6 Version Generic_105181-05 [UNIX(R) System V Release 4.0]

Cannot load drivers for /pci at 1f,0/pci at 1,1/ide at 3/disk at 0,0:a
Can't load the root filesystem

The install log contains the following error messages caused by
drvconfig execution in the devsync_finish script:

drvconfig: can't create node 'devices/pci at 1f,0/pci at 1,1/ide at 3/dad at 0,0:a'
drvconfig: can't create node 'devices/pci at 1f,0/pci at 1,1/ide at 3/dad at 0,0:b'
drvconfig: can't create node 'devices/pci at 1f,0/pci at 1,1/ide at 3/dad at 0,0:c'
drvconfig: can't create node 'devices/pci at 1f,0/pci at 1,1/ide at 3/dad at 0,0:d'

Finish script devsync_finish execution completed.


I found the same problem posted to comp.sys.sun.admin with no fix posted.  The
original poster was Danny O'Mahonny but his email address was invalid.

I've tried installing manually from the 2.6 5/98 CD and it worked.  I removed the
custom finish script from the jumpstart server and the devsync_script still fails.
