[Sunhelp] newfs: I/O error

Hi,

When creating a new filesystem, using newfs, I get follwing output:
write error
wtfs: I/O error

Is there anyone who knows what's causing that problem?

I'm using a Quantum atlas V 9.1 GB harddisk with Solaris 2.6.
