[Sunhelp] ftp problem in solaris

Dear Friends,

I am trying to transfer a set of files (which is stored in my Win NT =
server) to my Sun Sparc E250 thru ftp.I am able to connect from my NT =
server to Solaris but unable to do so from Solaris to Nt using ftp.I get =
a message - Connection refused - in my Sun solaris server.Any =
explanation on this would be deeply appreciated.=20
