[Sunhelp] DNS for a lan.

As HP-UX's resolver lib was busted throughout most of 9.x and part of 10.x, I
wasn't surprised when I saw that they don't have /etc/nsswitch.conf by default.
We tend to build all HPs via Ignite, and the image has that file.
