Well, it is, if you've got the right PC.  Ultra 5's use ECC EDO JEDEC
DIMMs similar to those used in some Pentium Pro systems. 

IMHO the easiest thing to do is to buy from a vendor with good prices and
a good warranty.  I highly recommend www.memoryx.com (no connection).
