[Sunhelp] CRON

I am having trouble running certain scripts via cron.  I can run the same
scripts interactively, but when I submit it via cron, it gives me error
messages.  My knowledge of Unix is not much, the environment details are:
Sun Solaris 7, running Oracle 8.0.5.

For example, I can run successfully, as the Oracle user, a shell script to
do an Oracle import, submitting the same script via cron gives me error
messages.

Any ideas please.
