[Sunhelp] On-board Ultr 5 hme0 not working

You did try switching cables and ports with one that works correct?
just to rule out switch port and cable problems?

It's possible that we've got a refurbished dud, but..... 

I have an Ultra 5 that the on--borad hme seems to be dead.  If I cable it to

the hub and introduce power, no link light. 

All the others show link immediately (as they should). 

Any ideas?  Or is this just a bad board?
