[Sunhelp] Solaris 8 snmp agent versus UCD snmp agent

i want to monitor ipfilter on my firewall.  SUN's snmp agent doesn't have any
understanding of the ipf device, but UCD's snmp agent does.

what are the pros and cons of ditching SUN's snmp agent in favor of UCD's agent?

would i be losing anything?  is there anything UCD's agent doesn't know about
Solaris 8 that i may run into trouble with later or am i safe in doing this?
