You need to have a boot diskette that comes with Solaris. If you do not
have such a diskette, you can download one form access1.sun.com, i.e., you
can download the diskette image and then create a bootable floppy with the
tools (mainly dd) that are available from that site as well. (Actually,
there will probably be several diskette images you need.) Once you boot
the PC from the floppy, it will eventually come to a screen asking where
you want to boot your OS from, and will then display as choices all the
eligible devices (cd, nic, etc). At that point you can choose the CD. The
rest is similar to the Sparc install, except that at some point the system
will ask about configuring the keyboard/display/mouse.
