This is false too - in fact, on any Ultra 1 machines, Sol7 and Sol8 default
to 32-bit due to a bug in the CPU, you have to explicity force them to
boot in 64-bit mode.

If you mean "you can only install/run in 64bit mode on Ultra machines", then
yeah, thats correct.
