Try `du -d /var | sort -rn | more` This should list all the largest files
near the top. /var/pkg will probably have a good amount of stuff, but you
want to try and not touch things in that dir if possible.

Hi all.
I have a var file system that filled up. I got the common culprits and
downsized them (/var/messages; /var/tmp, etc.), but the fs still seems
to be quite full. What is the easiest way of looking through the var
file system, and picking out suspect files that would be taking up space
unessecceraly?
Iano
